Rescue and First Aid is the most exciting and comforting course you’ll ever do. Learn how to become a safer diver able to rescue yourself and others, you will learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem-solving skills until they become second nature. Divers describe this as one of the most challenging courses and also the one of the most fun.

We advise you to have a good base level of skills and comfort before doing this course.

This course can be done in any equipment configuration you are used to including Sidemount

We highly recommend you complete the Nitrox course beforehand

There is a good amount of theory with this course so we recommend doing the Free E-learning beforehand and taking your time

  2. Confined water sessions: 1
  3. Open water dives: 4
  4. Course duration:  3-5 days depending on options taken
  5. Min age: 12 years old.

This course is performance-based and if extra days are needed to meet them they will be charged as training dives
